Well here is tonight’s delight. Frying steak, too tough for me, with my carrots and peas from the bed. To accompany I made some black and green pepper sauce with a splash of brandy and of course fried onion, double cream and beef stock just from a stock cube. I was planning to have some thrice cooked chips but was too knackered after the last few days. X
