‎Mrs Fitz has a badly frozen shoulder.. never nice.. I get it also.. gotta be something we both do somewhere.. dunno.. oooh oooh!!! Reminds me I have a great veal shoulder in the deep freezer! .. hmmm sausages maybe.. actually should just roast it.. did that a couple years back for boxing (st Stephens) day.. Father loved it!

Tonites supper?

Chicken fried steak, fresh boiled and sauted ‎ pink fir apples.. they really are delicious! And loads of peas for vitamin C.. and a lovely cafe de Paris sauce.. I really like that sauce..

Anyhoo.. delicious.. now giving Mr Wentworth a nice cuddle.. he gets his crown jewels cut off tomorrow.. nite x
