Garlic and plum sauce bbq ribs

After my first attempt of pressure cooker ribs. Jack offered me the following:

Decided to try a different marinade for my pressure steamed pork ribs. Pressure steam the ribs for 15 to 20 mins. I marinated them in a mixture of hoisin, plum and soy sauces with garlic, honey, sesame oil, fresh ginger and rice vinegar for around 4 hrs. Grilled on both sides till heated through and sticky. Delicious. Enjoy. X
