Morrocan fish stew? by moi? nah… by my pal Jack… I told him that he needed to get those skins off the chickpeas.. its a bummer yet it makes a heap of difference.. If i ate fish i reckon i would eat this up… wonder if he had flatbreads with it?
“What a brilliant dish. I did however add an extra teaspoon of honey. I also sloughed off the skin from the chickpeas on advice from Mr.Fitz. It took me 30 mins:-( Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper. Enjoy”
