Garlic & Fennel sausage pasta

That post-Gym appetite is still a’happening!

Still promised Mrs Fitz that we would go.. So go we are.. X

Today.. Have these great fennel & garlic sausages from the heart of Renazzo di Cento region.. Well they came outta the store and then my fridge!

Chopped into good wedges.. Fried.. Red onions added when the sausies go golden.. Garlic added, splash of sherry vinegar, some thyme, basil, bay, bristol blend pepper, oregano.. Can of italian chopped tomatoes.. Simmered down.. Like a classic ‘gangster’ movie.. This red sauce is happening..

Regular spaghetti boiled for ten.. Slopped into the sauce.. Whooshed about.. Addition of a good dash of the black corsican olive oil..

Into bowls.. A-Wa-La.. Magnifico..

A small ice cream as a treat I think.. X
