The new Jersey royals are out.. Magnificent potatoes for the short season you get.. These are Jersey ‘pearls’.. Basically pre scrubbed baby jerseys for all I can tell! Am gonna go Jersey hunting this weekend and see if I can lay my hands on some gems.. X

Fresh herbage is key here.. I got Dill, Chives, Garlic shoots, Mint, Thyme and Parsley.. A spritz of lemon juice and crush them softly yielding spuds with some of that french butter x

Iron pan the steak.. Very hot very quick you know the drill.. And boil the corn.. The corn is being rolled in Black Olive oil from Corsica and Tagaroshi seasoning from Japan.. That’s fusion baby!
