Found some franklins farm chicken pieces in the deep freezer.. My goodness they really are THE best chickens available!
Paired up with a (cheaty) bag of casserole mix.. In the slow cooker, with some MP’s chicken stock and some half and half
5hrs.. Addition of some dried porcini brought back from Rimini.. Smelling superb!
Thinking might be best if I strip the chicken and give it a small smushing.. A Stewp perhaps?
The addition of the herbs will freshen it right up!
