Spuds peeled and Cut into wedges, Roscoff garlic, lemon juice, oregano, parsley added.. A half cup of green olive oil and a half cup of water… Gone into the oven at 200 degrees..
Lamb gonna sit on top and do that lovely roasty drippy thing..
Looking forward to this .. Served with veg and popovers..
