I love bavette steak.. ok.. honestly I really really love hanger or onglet.. yet this ain’t that far off it…
simply sliced against the grain.. and fried off with some asada spice..

It takes longer to assemble the trimmings! Shredded cos lettuce, green onions.. empty sour cream into a ramekin.. leftover salsa from the last service in the food truck … and a good handful of jalapeños ..
A packet of uncle bens Mexican rice.. then buttered of course!
