Baked Tandoori baby chickens

bit late this post.. Have been travelling.. More on that later!

For now check these great baby chickens.. Skinned and spatchcocked. Marinated in a secret ( think ‘national’) blend of tandoori spices with extra garlic, ginger and lemon juice. A little weird looking!

Cooked straight on the bars of the oven.
Very good indeed! And they are only small..

To go with?

Some leftover boiled lovely potatoes..

Simply toasting off some spices..

Think mustard seeds, coriander, fenugreek, turmeric, salt and pepper, and Nigella seeds.

Then simply adding the chopped spuds with a dash of straight up Mrs middletons oil .. And..
Ahh whahhh lahhh!!!

Lip smackingly delicious.  Trust me 👊

More needed for a supper though.

So adding a chopped salad.. And some crunchy poppadoms .. With that great baked baby chicken.

Gnarly chicken.. Can I get a whoop whoop?

   Of course with chimchurri!

Tasty as ..

Oh yeah travelling..

Can you guess where I am at? It took  about 16 hours door to door.. That’s work for ya!

Got it yet?

This is breakfast today..

Going protein for energy!

  1. They are so small, I almost thought they were quails. Looks delicious.
