Sometimes store bought products are the perfect answer for a quick meal..

Great pasta and good sauce.. Perfecto !

A quick garlic bread made with yellow ticket petit pans. .. The local store to us now reduces their in house ‘cooked’ breads at five ish every day.. So you can buy heavily discounted product.. Like seriously discounted! Loaves for fifteen pence!! And an average price of bread for about 40 pence.. Including all the seeded stuff.. Pretty cool..

So taking two of these and splitting them .. Adding French butter and two squeezes through the fantastic garlic press that we first used in lanzarote and seeked it out after a long time looking..

Wrapped in foil and baked for about fourteen minutes ..

The pasta cooked perfectly in grey French sea salted water ..

Can of pasta sauce from the great Italian deli about twenty miles from us.. Great stuff in that can I tell us!

All served up and spun on the fork spoon combo..

Delightful!
