They were delicious I must say..
Taking the spring onion and the duck.. Adding an egg to bind as it felt a little crumbly..
Into patties..
Into the pan..
They were delicious!! Crispy char on the outside, super soft and banging tasty on the inside..
Although when all served up together.. Perhaps it was a fusion too far..
Darn tasty though!
