It was Fiesta Friday over at Angie’s “The Novice Gardener” yesterday… AND…it was National Potato Chip Day. I hope that Angie can forgive my tardiness..but I really wanted to make potato chips in honor of National Potato Chip Day for her wonderful party. If you’re going to make a good potato chip, then you need the time to do it. It’s not that they’re a lot of work, but they do take some time.
It wasn’t until about two years ago that I actually started liking potato chips. It’s not that I hated them, I just found store bought chips to be boring, and totally did not understand the “you can’t eat just one” thing. As far as I was concerned, I didn’t even need to eat ONE.
