Best thing about left-overs? Is when you ain’t sure what to make for supper.. open the fridge.. have a quick.. hmmmm moment.. and waaahh llaaa.. daa Daaa! There like the rays piercing through dark clouds is supper.. all ready and waiting to be simply heated up..
In this case some injun food.. the chicken saag.. divine.. the chiken tikka-ish thingy.. and the most delicate and clean tasting heritage potato dish.. perfection in a couple of ‘pings’!!! X
Served with fantastic Lebanese breads.. a joy to eat.. leaving you pleasantly full yet not greased and icky..
Wonder what the fridge gods may supply us with later.. hmmmm
