Best thing for these times.. is fresh rolls from the bakery.. real butter.. and leftover meats..

The rib of beef from the other day has served us well.. a great supper.. great sandwiches with that wonderful home made horseradish sauce..

And again for Mrs Fitz to have a lovely roll..

For me?

I had a couple of slices of Jack’s scottish sausage.. he was right.. it needs more grain and less salt.. I think it’s the orkney beef seasoning I gave him.. Ooops! X

With a dollop of stokes red.. they made a lovely bun though..
