Needed an easy lunch after a good shop and a walk of the dogs..

Looking in the fridge it was an easy choice.. Mr Fitz home cured bacon.. beans (gotta be Heinz!) and white toast.. perfect.. sometimes that’s just what you need.. a simple meal.. delicious..

That home cured bacon is the business.. I will never again buy bacon.. not now I know this way!! It’s great!! Ok.. not always the prettiest yet pretty darn tasty!!

And for Mrs Fitz.. the last of the hungarian beef.. with Mediterranean veg rice.. by that famous Uncle!!
