Have gone for some seasonal sausages.. the holiday season is in full swing.. the radio playing Christmas songs.. and you cannot get anywhere near a store without people seemingly panic purchasing!! Sheesh!!
So gone for lamb and redcurrant sausages.. with herbs.. they smell good.. should be stunners.. stuffed into sheep’s casings.. in the fridge to ‘bloom’.. also used some coriander and bay distill.. oh and a drop of port.. it’s the holidays after all..
Let’s hope fingers crossed that they turn out as good as I think they might.. x let’s see tomorrow! X
