Onto breakfast.. not Mr Fitz sausages by any stretch of the imajo yet ok let’s try.. first removing the collagen skins!! I hate collagen skins on bangers.. just not right..

Sausages now naked.. kinda stuck together like patties.. fried in intenso..

A pre bought Tortilla.. warmed also.. served with Mojo sauces.. red, green.. and gotta have ketchup.. x

A wonderful start to the day.. sure it’s a little cloudy yet I tap this out with my toes in the pool..

Hmmmm.. ah yes! We also have a pomegranate ‘tree’ in the garden..
