Fish for lunch.. Ok.. So you know I don’t ‘do’ the shishies so well.. So fishstix for me.. With crinkle-cut real chips.. ling edwards these ones.. A little fridge cold yet perfectly adequate..

For Mrs Fitz.. Brilliant wild alaskan sock eye fillets.. Pan fried.. Served with a cafe de paris sauce.. Addition of chives and a mixed wild rice.. She liked it..
