I like granola & grapefruits

Great breakfast today.. I like granola!! Ok.. May not seem so surprising to some yet to me.. Its new! I recall Jamie Oliver on his starter series of showsmaking it.. Then pouring milk on it and leaving it in the magic oven (fridge) overnite..

Did I ever tell you about when my Father took me took the River cafe? Saved my life that did.. Honest.. X (prior to that liquid and powder was my dietary combo!).. It changed my world as we know it!

Anyhoom. I love granola now.. On a sour yogurt.. With a fresh grapefruit with a brulee topping.. Cool! I NOW have a reason to buy that blowtorch I have always fancied yet never realized why..

Its cool.. No.. Its reaaly cool
