After a very good session at the gym this morning with Mrs Fitz, we met up with a great pal and his wife for lunch.. Decided to try a new place for us.. Out in the ‘country-side’.. Unassuming from the outside.. Really quite delightful inside.. Like a modern ranch.. Wouldn’t look outta place in a homes magazine!
So to eat.. A sharing plate of mezze, baba ganoush, paprika humous, tatziki, flatbreads and a rocket and mixed tomato salad
Onto the entrees:
Tuna steak seared and served with plum watercress Mooli, and scallions with mirin soy
Red. Mullet served en papiotte thingy with herb cous cous pak choi white wine chilli and ginger
Pan seared black pearl scallops onion puree an crispy prosciutto
Seabass oven baked with sweet garlic on spinach and baby potatoes
Haddock and chips!! (For me.. That’s two days on the trot with shishies.. Enough for a week or so now x)
Brownie and limoncello for dessert
Nice! We are happy to find a joint we would go back to.. Gonna meet my attorney there soon,..
