Am very lucky to be having supper tonite in the Frankfurt Jumeirah with a couple of good pals… Its nice here.. If you are to be here in Frankfurt, I do suggest you think of staying here.. Check it out .. X

So.. For eats!

Starter:

A nice sliver of trout, with confit tomato.. I don’t really do fish as you know yet this was ok..

Then:

A Salad of local leaves and flowers with herbed brioche bread.. This was LOVELY!

Would be great taken in the garden with the sun kissing your skin and a jug of something cold.. X

Main:

Gotta go classic.. When in GY you gotta have..

Viener schitznel.. (Apologies for the spelling x) Rosemary potatoes.. Lovely flattened veal. Tempura style batter rather than the heavy breadcrumbs.. (I think the one I make for Mrs Fitz is actually better.. X)

Dessert:

Good let a let down on the pumpkin flavor though.. We all felt that it missed that!

Vanilla and caramelized pumpkin seeds.. Too much cream..

Gotta say though.. Overall V.Good.. Nice supper after a real busy day.. Tomorrow will get somewhere and get some sausages! X

Oh! And great LARD spreading for the bread rolls.. Ahem x

Petit fours? Nah.. A cup of green tea and bed for me.. Got truck problems.. (Landrover not ‘bodily’ hahah ) x
