Hotel room buffet.. A hotel in Cork – Ireland

You may recall posts like this one on cookingwithmrfitz.com .. https://cookingwithmrfitz.com/2014/10/17/in-room-dining-mr-fitz-stylee/

It’s how we love to eat when we stay in hotels.. Sure the room service menu is sometimes fun.. Yet when you can snack out in your suite all the better!!

I can’t say which hotel we are staying in just in case they don’t like us eating this way!!

So on to the ‘buffet’..

A stop off to marks & Spencer’s provide great yellow ticket items!!

Check this receipt out!!

The most expensive things? The New Zealand (still a third off!) wine and the dips and tortilla chips.. Which by the way were chorizo and red pepper…

Nice yet upon closer examination of the packet if turns out that they are suitable for vegetarians!! Why on earth would a vegetarian go near chorizo chips??

Beats me!!

Still this is the spread..

Sat in the suite watching TV.. Snacking away..

Brilliant!

  2. This is definitely the best way to dine at a hotel, I have to say, I like your style! And those tortilla chips sound like something I need to try, off to M&S for me!

Thanks for sharing this with us at Fiesta Friday, I know at least a few of us are gonna try dining like this during our next hotel stay!

That’s my kind of in-house dining spread. Absolutely what we would do 🙂
