‎I received my new supply of Mrs Middleton’s oil.. and promptly pimped up 4 bottles.. one of roscoff garlic, one of Italian chillis, one of lebanese herbs.. and one of another kind of lebanese herbs..

Already the lebanese one got used.. with a dish of collard greens.. Mr Fitz home cured bacon.. a drop of mashy.. and two nice slices of Mr Fitz cured bacon.. and very nice it is too!

Chopped collard greens.. ‎the off cutz of bacon chopped and added.. some of Mrs Fitz’s mashy.. and the lebanese pimped Mrs Middleton’s oil

All fried in the Wok.. and wonderful indeed!! Wonderful..
