Fish cakes for supper.. waffley versatile..!

‎Ok reads strange?

Think back.. what is “waffley versatile”.. yup those frozen grids.. I always forget that actually they are pretty good.. easy to cook.. even easier to eat.. and a good accompanist to pretty much anything!!

Pimped up a little.. with herbs de provence‎, and the Mrs Middleton’s.. chilli and roast garlic smash oil.. they elevate themselves from carton product to something quite special..

Today with fishcakes.. haddock for me.. salmon for Mrs Fitz.. with petit pois cooked in water, butter, Mirin and soy.. ‎something magical happens to the peas when cooked with those flavours.. dunno why just does.. cool! X

A great supper.. great indeed..
