What to do with that wonderful truffle brought back from our hunting.. ? Due to travel for the next couple of weeks.. needed to ‘preserve’ it’s rarity and make sure we could enjoy it in the future!
So truffle butter it is.. grated truffle.. whisked into soft unsalted butter.. to put in the freezer and sliced when needed.. man its smells WOW! X

Oh yeah.. and the Christmas ranges have hit the stores.. is it too early to enjoy a warmed mince pie yet? The truck showed 20degrees.. so maybe!! X
