Lunch..

Have a great piece of Iberian chorizo.. Left over roasties from yesterday..

Chopped up.. Fried in olive oil.. Not much paprikery oil sludging out.. Perfect!

Added some of the beautiful italian waitrose mix.. Bloody good that!

Fried up.. Too much tommy ‘K’ on top..freaking deee— LLLiscious!

Maybe a poached egg on top next time..

Nice yet not .. Corned beef hash.. Or my Fathers best supper.. Corned beef.. Cold slices.. Fried egg.. And chips..

He has brown sauce though.. Nasty if you ask me.. Although my auto mechanic swears by it..
