good chilli this..
Starting by browning the meat. adding a can of smuggled sliced jalapeños .. A big squidge of tomato purée.. A great shake of smuggled chilli and lime powder … I need to get back to Mexico soon!
Adding water and a blend of Nordic sweet chilli mix I scored …
Then a few cans of kidney beans.. and then smudging it all up with the stick blender .. Hmm slight problem.. Now need straining!
Leaves us with a great pile of sauce which will be the base of future suppers..
Now the money maker…
Adding some of that pulled hogget..
Now that makes it rock!!!
We used a bunch of the chilli as toppings for brats for my pals birthday Q..
And another bit for a messy nacho and chilli with salad sour cream and Siracha
