It’s been ages since I have had a rice fry.. I forget just how much I do enjoy them!
After scoring a corn fed free range rotisserie chicken.. And feeding most of it to Mrs Fitz and the hounds.. I get the gnarly scraps.. The best bits!
With canned red peppers, a stick of excellent chorizo with only three ingredients ( pork paprika and salt).. Some green onions.. And the leftover corn from Mrs Fitz’s lunch..
Into mustard oil.. ( loving that since the Indian adventure!)..
( had a little country ham too..).. I bought it for a sandwich.. Decided against it!
Eaten straight from the pan this was an awesome dish.. Seriously.. I dig rice frys!
