I am a Scottish 72 year old Grandfather, living in England, whose hobby is cooking as well as golf and gardening. I have a 6year old grandson Oliver who is also keen to learn how to cook. We often spend time in the kitchen when he comes round. He is building a recipe book just as I did when I was younger. The recipes that will be posted to my site are all from my favourite collection that I have cooked and enjoyed. I also contribute to my friend Mr Fitz's blog 'A collection of food journeys & taste-full experiences' http://www.cookingwithmrfitz.wordpress.com. Definitely worth a visit! I will often link recipes to his site and link my posts on his site to here. Happy cooking!

Double Crusted Apple Pie
