best thing about cooking up good is the leftovers, and this supper was no exception ! 

With the addition of fresh Yorkshire pudding.. Following delias recipe.. Can’t beat Delia in these situations!

And with the leftover beef warned through .. And a delicious gravy made from the pan that was used to roast the Christmas beef.. With all those scrummy knarly bits, the roast garlic and onions.. Adding a little fresh thyme and some sauce flour to thicken..
