It’s salad time.. Let’s travel to Turkey.. Well kinda..
I have based this on food journeys I have made.. Is it truly Turkish? Well I say it is.. Kinda!
Chopped white cabbage..
Boiled in a little veg stock a bay leaf from my grandfathers garden and some herb de Provence..
Draining and adding to a mix of rose harrissa . Urfa pepper, lemon juice and parsley..
Tossed together whilst warm.. That’s the trick to all these salads..
BAM!
