Cauliflower pakoras – lovely!

a quick and easy snackerooni ..

Half a cauliflower left in the fridge.. Amazing how long they last in the fridge..

Chopped ..

Batter left over from those delicious jersey royal maharajah balls..

A little green chilli added..

The cauliflower dusted in urfa pepper, garam masala and asafoetida ..

The batter meets the cauliflower ..

Into a piping hot Mrs middletons straight oil into uncle bens wok..

Did a pink onion too..

Crispy yet soft in the middle..

With a cooling cucumber, salt, lemon and yoghurt thingy..

That’s an awesome Scooby snack..

Awesome!!
