Beef rib with turtle beans

we had one beef rib left.. It looked lonesome..

Mrs Fitz decided that it needed cooking up slow with some of the delicious products still in the Mexican hamper that my attorney sent.

Adding turtle beans and tomatoes ..

Left to slo cook away..

Eight hours early later..

Smelling wonderful and tasting even better!

To go with? Lovely soft fresh flatbreads.. ( remember the same weight of yoghurt to plain flour and a pinch of salt).. That’s it!

And all the bits.. Sour cream with garden chives, tomato and red onion salad with garden coriander.. Chimichurri of course! And some valentina sauce.. Oh! And some crispy lettuce ..

And to top it off?

Some great Leon chorizo..

All built up..

Yummy doodle doo!!
