A good days chill in a hammock cabana looking out at the sea.. Contemplating life and what it may bring us..

Skipped lunch knowing that we were going to eat at Bhakara once again.. That Indian BBQ is just calling !

A starter this time of a samosa chaat.. And a winner it was indeedo!

Had a house special of black bean dhall .. Mama would be so proud! It was darn tasty though.. Cooked over night on soft red coals..

What do you get when you take great lamb tikka type pieces and then wrap spiced minced lamb around it? Tandoori that thing.. And then add a special Indian butter??

You get possibly the nicest ., no.. THE NICEST lamb kebab I think I have ever had!!

Seriously this thing is amazing!! Rich and you know you are eating it.. Yet oh my gods!! 🙏

It was stunning my friends .. Stunning.. And that for sure is getting made when I get back.. My attorney would love it also.. Like seriously love it.. Meat stuffed/wrapped with meat.. Sheesh! Why hasn’t I thought of that before ?

Mrs Fitz despite her sore neck and rasping cough (she always gets sick when we go on vacation! We have been to pharmacies around the world!).. Bless her.. Stated that it was also lush indeed!!

Had to meet the chef responsible.. Terrible selfie.. Does it matter when the food is really that good?
