What a fabulous tasting quick supper this..

Chicken and rice in many forms is always a winner! Think jerk.. South American.. African.. Now come back to Asia..

Chicken fillets marinated in sweet chilli sauce.. Chopped .. Fried with scallion and chestnut mushrooms.. Sweet soy and mirin sauce added.. Oyster mushrooms torn into the mix.. It’s really quick this..

Well that’s it!!

Served with good chef pings egg fried rice..

Sometimes food like this just what you want.. And it sure was what we wanted..
