Just formed the pulled beef brisket into patties.. Fried in a medium hot iron pan..
The ultimate brioche burger buns from st michaels.. Those buns really are just so darn good!
Cheese and mustard for Mrs Fitz.. Just stokes ketchup for me..
And whaaah laaah.. Pretty awesome burgers!!
And the crinkle cut chips/fries?
Following Prudys technique of a quick four minute boil in vinegary water..
Today’s vinegar being that of the cider variety..
Left to cool on the wire rack.. Fried in the wok.. Once…
Left to cool again .. And fried once more..
And of course drained on that wonderful ikea brown paper…
A salad of course to go with…
