Cork City

‎Have arrived in Cork City.. a wonderful city.. in beautiful Eire.. and it is glorious sunshine.. some places really shine in the sun and this is one of those..

I first came here many years ago.. and boy has the city changed.. although without losing all its old school charm.. I also met and dated Mrs Fitz here! So even better to walk around with her.. x

Got a good bit of bread from Arbutus.. the turkish pide.. nice yet needed a something.. dips perhaps.. or grilled meat.. mmmm.. everything goes better with grilled meat.. x

That was at Douglas… a ‘famers’ market..in the carpark of dunnes stores.. nice though..

Onto Cork city and the English market.. what a wonderful place.. a REAL live market.. very good produce and a great vibe about it.. and buttered eggs.. yup buttered.. keeps em fresher by all accounts.. I have never heard of this technique apart from here..

And the world famous Cork spiced beef.. an unusual.. christmassy? Taste of beef.. it’s nice though..

Off to Kinsale now..

Happy bunnies x
